Embrace Your Chi for Overall Better Health

Would you like to feel better all over? Across the globe, many people are learning the benefits of using their Chi to increase their overall wellness and health and tap into their internal energy to reap the rewards that most modern medicine is unable to provide.

Also called the Holy Spirit, mana, and prana, there are many different ways to embrace the energy known as Chi, including Tai Chi and Sign Chi Do. The majority of the world’s religious and healing systems recognize that there is a spiritual force called the Holy Spirit, mana, or Chi and that activating it can be useful in maintaining wellness and health. Taoists believe that this life-force is the flow and vibration that continuously happens at molecular, atomic and sub-atomic levels. They believe that there are different kinds of Chi including the one that we are born with; the one we soak up during our lives from food, water, air; and the one that flows at the body’s surface and protects us. When our Chi becomes imbalanced and stagnant then there can be detrimental effects on our wellness and health. It is important to restore the energetic balances to create a more open flow of energy in our bodies.
Restoring these balances can have amazing effects on your body. In fact, embracing your spirituality and promoting serenity and positive energy into your life can have many benefits and advantages. Connecting the mind and body can not only reduce stress but also lower your blood pressure, improve the quality of your sleep, relieve chronic pain, enhance your flexibility and muscle strength, improve your cardiovascular fitness, and increase your energy. The National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine has shown from at least one scientific study conducted in 2007 that using exercises that embrace Chi can enhance wellness and health and even improve the overall immune system. The center has also shown that it can be beneficial in treating such conditions as osteoporosis, cardiovascular depression, and fibromyalgia. The power of spiritual energy or Chi is amazing and not well understood by most people.
